Why should I use a Career Coach?
As a career coach and strategist I am able to help an individual discover their brand and how they are the solution. I aid in the development of focused strategies and plans that allow them to secure their desired career objectives. I am able to provide an individual with the right tools, insights and strategies so that they can determine and market their brand and flourish in their next career endeavors.
What is the biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge is overcoming fear. Whether that is fear of failure or fear of trying something new. In today's competitive marketplace it is important that individuals have a clear career path and sometimes that road is not smooth. As a career coach and strategist I am able to help guide individuals down a new path and fill in some pot holes along the way. What are your key strengths?
My key strengths include being a good listener and being able to take the information and guide an individual through assessments or branding exercises to discover their strengths and passions.
Why did you choose your profession?
I decided to go back to my roots of training after being in Pharmaceuticals for 15+ and realizing that my passion was with helping others achieve their goals. I have an excellent reputation for technical database training and web facilitation. I find being a Career Coach and Strategist most rewarding because I get to help individuals create their own unique personal brand positioning, allowing them to more effectively market themselves and land the job of their dreams.
